All government agencies use the NIMS systems methodology. NIMS and NIMS training program information is detailed at&nbsp;<a href=\"javascript:\">https:\/\/www.fema.gov\/national-incident-management-system<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RACES, Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service is a public service that is performed during a time of extraordinary needs of the government agencies, but typically communications. A good read on what is races is found at https:\/\/www.qsl.net\/races\/what.html.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dauphin County ARES\/RACES is not affiliated with any club, all are welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EMCOMM Meetings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4th Thursday of every month at 1900hrs local, at the Lower Paxton Township Building at 425 Prince Street.
